You can cancel your appointment in many different ways.
To cancel your appointment:
- Use your NHS account through the NHS website or NHS App.
- Using the GP online system – Online Consultation Service.
- Phone us on 01782 831101, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.00pm (with the exception of Thursday 8am to 1pm).
- Reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message.
- Or click here to cancel online now.
