With the warm weather continuing, it’s important to look after yourself and those around you.
Heat can be dangerous for everyone, but older people, young children, and those with long-term health conditions are especially at risk.
Common signs of heat exhaustion include:
⚠️ Headache.
⚠️ Dizziness or confusion.
⚠️ Excessive sweating & pale, clammy skin.
⚠️ Nausea or vomiting.
⚠️ Cramps in arms, legs or stomach.
⚠️ Fast breathing or pulse.
If you notice these signs:
✅ Move to a cool place.
