Join us for our next Kidsgrove Carers Group session, a relaxed, welcoming space where local carers can connect, share experiences, and access practical help.
The session will be run in partnership with North Staffs Carers and our PCN Social Prescribers, who will be on hand to provide advice, answer questions, and signpost to local services.
Enjoy a warm drink with refreshments, friendly company, and take away some useful resources to make life a little easier. ☕
