Stay well this winter

❄️ The cold weather can seriously affect your health, especially if you are:

  • Elderly.

Top tips to stay well:

✅ Keep your home warm, aim for at least 18°C in main living areas.
✅ Dress in layers when going outside.
✅ Stay active and eat well-balanced meals.
✅ Keep up to date with flu and COVID-19 vaccinations (if eligible).
✅ Check in on friends, family, and neighbours who may need extra support.
