Veganuary

This January, thousands of people are taking part in Veganuary and trying a plant-based diet for the month. 🌱

A well-planned vegan diet can be healthy and nutritious, we always recommend making sure you get enough:

✔️ Protein (beans, lentils, tofu).
✔️ Iron (leafy greens, pulses, fortified cereals).
✔️ Vitamin B12 (fortified foods or supplements).
✔️ Calcium & Iodine (fortified plant milks, leafy greens, sea vegetables).

Whether you’re doing Veganuary for health, the planet, or just to try something new, small changes can make a big difference.
