We run all our surgeries by appointment only.
You can book an appointment by phoning the surgery on 01782 831101, or by visiting the surgery in person.
Online Appointments
You can also request an appointment online or complete an online form for non urgent/admin queries
You need to register to use our online appointment booking service. Please speak to one of our receptionists.
Once you submit a form online, the surgery will forward your query to the Doctor on call. You should see a response within two working days, although we take pride in being able to contact you on the same day as often as is possible.
We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice. If they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.
Home visits
If you are too ill to come to the surgery and you require a visit at home, please call the surgery before 10.00am. Home visits take up more of a doctor’s time, so if you are mobile please come into the surgery to be seen.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Follow this link to cancel online now.
NHS APP
You can also book appointments using the NHS App.
By clicking on the appointments tab on the NHS App you can book new appointments and view scheduled or past appointments too.
