Home visits

Home visits are at the discretion of the GPs and are usually carried out by the PCN Paramedic for those patients who are palliative or have significant health issues who are housebound. Should you require a home visit, please use the practice website to request one or contact reception. A clinician will then telephone you to discuss your request.

Chaperones

We understand that you may wish for a chaperone to be present during your consultation.

Please ask one of the receptionists before your appointment. Our clinicians may also need a chaperone to be present in certain situations.
