National Social Prescribing Day Event
To celebrate National Social Prescribing Day, our PCN Social Prescribers and lots of different organisations will be available for our patients to speak to about our services and the many community services and support available locally that can help improve your health and wellbeing.
You’ll also have the chance to meet some of the organisations we work closely with, including:
- NEA – support with energy advice and reducing fuel costs.
- Beat the Cold – help with keeping warm and safe at home.
- Connect to Work Programme – support with finding or returning to employment.
- Reaching North Staffordshire – opportunities to get involved in community activities.
- Micro Providers – connecting people with local care and support services.
- North Staffordshire Carers – support for unpaid carers.
